Our Complaints Process & Providing Feedback

Step 1

To share your feedback, whether it's a complaint or a compliment, please email: info@lemurcare.co.uk

Step 2

We will promptly acknowledge your feedback within 2 working days of receipt

Step 3

If your feedback is a complaint it will be investigated. A response will be provided within 10 working days

Step 4

If you're unsatisfied with the outcome, you have the right to appeal. You will receive a response within 20 working days
