Request a Home for a Child
To request a home from Lemur Care, please complete our form. Once submitted, our Registered Manager will carefully review your request to ensure we can provide everything you need.
They may reach out with additional questions or arrange a visit to meet you and ensure that our home is the perfect fit, offering all the care and support you're looking for.
A referral form must be completed and approved by a Lemur Care manager.
